Buyer’s Inspections
If you are thinking of buying a home, make sure that it is thoroughly inspected before you make the purchase. All the information you will need to make your decision will be provided to you in our detailed reports. Our electronic report will include photos, recommended maintenance, and any required repairs within 24 hours, allowing you to jump on any transactions.
Pre-listing / Sellers Inspection
Your home should be properly inspected before it is put on the market. An inspection can alert you to major concerns or needed repairs that could cause a deal to fall through. You will move forward in confidence and close quickly on your property if you have a current inspection.
New Construction
In newly constructed homes, rushed construction, substandard materials, and improper appliance installation are common. You can ensure that everything was built properly and to the correct standards by having a licensed professional inspect your newly built home.
Commercial Buildings / Property inspections
Every new business venture needs a property to work from. You can make sure that your commercial property works for your needs and be a wise investment for your business. Our licensed professional inspector can examine the building structures, systems, and appliances! Allowing you to move forward with your business venture in confidence.
11 Month Builders Warranty Inspection
Most contractors provide a year-long warranty. By having a professional perform a thorough inspection before your warranty ends you can expose any major problems. By having the warranty cover your repairs you can save big!
Home Maintenance Inspections
A Home Maintenance Inspection is perfect for homeowners wanting to maintain the value and condition of their homes. After the Inspectors’ detailed report, the homeowner will know what steps to take in order to protect and grow their home’s value. This Inspection is helpful when protecting the future value of your home.
4 Point Inspection
A 4-point inspection looks at the 4 major systems (Roof, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC) in an older home. An insurance company wants to know that an older home has been well maintained, and the major systems are in good working condition.
Loan Draw Inspection
We will compare work completed at the building site against the provided construction timeline. The report helps determine if the work items and materials for the build are in fact needed and if the construction is on the current timeline. This information allows the bank to approve the draw of further funds.
Re-Inspections
After the Initial inspection has been completed and any issues disclosed in our inspection report have been addressed, the inspector will return to make certain all the repairs have been made properly and to the correct standards.
Wind Mitigation
A wind mitigation inspection is needed to determine which credits apply to a home. During a wind mitigation inspection, a certified inspector looks for key features and add-ons that reduce the amount of damage your home may suffer in the event of a hurricane or strong windstorm. These features will often help in lowering the cost of your insurance.
WDO Inspection
Termites and other wood-dwelling organisms can threaten the structural integrity of any home. You should always be safe and have an inspector investigate for their presence in both the past and areas of concern for the future. Services is not a licensed pest control company. The WDO inspection is performed by a certified WDO inspector at the same time as the home inspection thus eliminating third-party scheduling conflicts.
