Professional Background
Dwayne Harris has been in the construction industry for the past 20 years. He has worked since 2003 performing home repairs, remodeling, and renovations. During his time as a builder, he has supervised the completion of several multi-million-dollar renovation projects. He also worked for a new construction contractor, which provided him with a lot of knowledge on new construction. Dwayne has become a licensed home inspector to use his knowledge to help others with their home-buying journey.
From Builder to Inspector
After 20-plus years as a builder and renovator, Dwayne came across many home inspectors and was often providing repairs or renovation because of a home inspector’s inspection report. He realized how helpful the skills he had gained in his career would be in the home inspection industry. He decided the path forward for him was to become a licensed home inspector and start his own inspection company. Dwayne tries to stay active even in his spare time. At home, he loves to cook for his family and is continually working on Home Improvement. He is active in his community as a Neighborhood board member. When all his responsibilities allow, he loves to Golf or go Fishing.
